IMAX Hospital is one of the Best Hospital in Wagholi Very good hospital in terms of services and doctor staff. Doctors and all other staff very good. Except accounts department. I am really appreciating and want to say thanks to all staff like, Dr., nurse, wardboy, all kaka-mavashi whose assigned for my father care during spine surgery treatment. Dr. Khadilakar is very great experience and clear and little bit straight forward, good in communication. Dr. Ambarish matesul is also great experience and very politely communicate with patients and he explained all questions which raised by me and my father. Both the doctors very best for spine surgery. Hon: Ramkar sir is very corporative, well nature for negotiations but only I would like mentioned here is accounts staff is always asking money on every time...not looks like better. Need improvement, I can understand that all peoples are looking for negotiating, but hospital should make Final bill very Clear and all parameters should be well mentioned. Other than this all rates O2, bed, lab are very good as per govt. Std. I am ratings 5 star for doctor, staff and for infrastructure.
In terms of services and doctor personnel, this is an excellent hospital. The doctors and the rest of the team are excellent. I am extremely grateful and wish to express my gratitude to all members of the staff. Dr. Sagar Khadilakar have a lot of expertise and are extremely transparent and effective communicators.
